Batch No. 4,412 · Steenwyk brewhouse
Brewed since 1873.
Never compromised.
Two-row Saale barley, whole-cone Halland hops, and a house yeast strain we haven’t changed in five generations. Nothing added to make it faster. Nothing cut to make it cheaper.

Three steps. Forty-one days. No shortcuts.
Every batch follows the same route from field to bottle — timed by taste, not by the clock.
-
Malt the barley
Two-row Saale barley, steeped and turned by hand on the malting floor for 6 days until it just starts to sprout.
-
Brew & ferment
Copper kettle, whole-cone Halland hops, then 18 days cold-fermenting with the same house yeast we’ve run since 1911. This is where the batch is won or lost.
18 days -
Condition & bottle
Seventeen days conditioning, then bottled cold within four hours of leaving the tank so the carbonation never gets a chance to settle wrong.
Kroneveld is brewed for people who take it seriously enough to drink it slowly. Please enjoy responsibly. Must be 21+ to purchase. Never drink and drive — call a cab, a friend, or use a rideshare. If drinking isn’t for you, that’s a good choice too. See kroneveld.original-demo/responsibility for support resources.
