Genuinely proud to share that as of this month I'm stepping into the Director of Platform Engineering role at Solstice Freight. Four years ago I joined as the fourth engineer on a team shipping load-matching software out of a co-working space in Kansas City; today that platform routes roughly 40,000 shipments a week. Grateful to the six people who reported to me this year for putting up with my whiteboard obsession, and to Elena Cho for the sponsorship. Next up: rebuilding dispatch on the new event pipeline before Q4.
