How the repair actually works

Mail it in with the prepaid label from your order history, or drop it at any of our 14 storefront benches.
A mender assesses the tear - cuff blowouts and seam splits are same-week; zipper rebuilds run 10-12 days.
You get a photo of the finished patch before it ships back. Repairs are free for the garment's first 5 years.
