How fast does money actually land?
Sparrow-to-Sparrow transfers are instant, full stop. Moving to your linked bank takes 1–3 business days for free, or minutes if you pay the 1.75% instant fee to your debit card.
What if I send $42 to the wrong Deja?
You've got 60 seconds to cancel from the confirmation screen. After that, ask the wrong Deja nicely — we can't reverse a completed transfer, same as handing someone cash.
Is my balance insured?
Balances are held at Harbor Community Bank and covered up to $250,000 through standard FDIC pass-through insurance.
Do you sell my transaction data?
No. We use it to catch fraud and to show you your own spending history. That's the whole list.
