Before you buy
What's your repair policy?
Send it back at any age. We resole boots, re-tape seams, and replace buckles for the cost of postage. A pack we sold in 2014 came home last month; it went back out fixed.
How do I size the Ridgeline?
Measure torso length, not height. Under 46 cm takes the S/M frame; over takes the M/L. If you're between, size down — a pack should ride your hips, not your shoulders.
Is the shell actually waterproof?
To 20,000 mm hydrostatic head, seams taped. It will keep out a day of hard rain. It is not a drysuit; sit in a river and physics wins.
